Give each box a job.
Start with three things to finish. This example uses two returns and a clear kitchen counter. The Loose tasks box holds ideas for another week.
Admin and Home give the needed steps a day. The final prompt records one decision: combine both returns into one Wednesday trip. Blank lines leave space without turning every idea into a commitment.
- This week needs
- 1. Return the library books.
- 2. Return the unused lamp.
- 3. Clear the kitchen counter.
- Loose tasks
- Parked: sort old photos.
- Parked: compare hallway rugs.
- Admin
- Mon: find the lamp return label.
- Wed: drop off parcel and books.
- Home
- Tue: box the lamp for return.

- The one thing that would make this week easier

- Put both returns by the door Tuesday.
Make the next one yours.
Download the blank PDF for US Letter paper (8.5 × 11 inches), or type in the web sheet and print it from your browser. The web page does not save your entries; keep the tab open until you print. Start with three things to finish, leave room for the steps, and park ideas that can wait.
Use the original blank file for printing. With matching Letter paper, start at Actual size / 100% and test one page. The printing guide covers browser controls and clipped edges.
