Returns & refunds
Get help through the store where you purchased.
Printable Pear Designs offers digital downloads through Etsy and Gumroad, and paperbacks through Amazon. This website helps you browse and choose a store. Your selected store handles checkout, payment, receipts and delivery.
Digital downloads
Digital files cannot be physically returned or exchanged. Refund and cancellation requests are handled under the terms shown on the product listing and at checkout, together with the purchasing platform's rules and any applicable consumer rights. Read the product's refund terms before paying; terms can differ between stores or products.
If a file will not download or open, is corrupted, or differs from the listing, contact us through your order so we can check it. Include your order number, product name, a description of the problem and, if useful, a screenshot without payment details. Do not send a password or full card number.
How to request help
Etsy: open Purchases and Reviews, find your order and choose Help with order. This keeps your request attached to the purchase. Etsy order and refund help.
Gumroad: use the creator contact information on your purchase receipt or in your Gumroad Library. Include the order details and the problem you need resolved. Gumroad refund help.
Paperbacks bought on Amazon
Amazon handles the purchase, shipment, return eligibility and any refund for your paperback order. Open Your Orders on Amazon and use the return or customer-service options available for that order. Do not mail a book to Printable Pear Designs.
Refund processing
An approved refund is processed by the store where you paid. Confirmation and the estimated time for funds to appear come from that store and your payment provider. Digital downloads have no return shipping. For a physical Amazon order, check the return instructions for any shipping requirement or charge.
