Conquering the Chaos
Choose the planner for the job.
Home records, monthly money, weekly meals or one savings goal. Start with what you need to keep track of, then choose the pages that fit.
These are four separate digital products. Each uses static PDFs for printing and handwritten entries. None includes fillable fields, an editable template or automatic calculations.
Compare the downloadsWhat comes in each download?
| Product | Pages and files | Paper size |
|---|---|---|
| Home Maintenance | 43-page binder in each size, plus a 3-page Quick Start. Three PDFs. | Letter + A4 |
| Monthly Budget | 72 pages in one PDF. | US Letter only |
| Weekly Meal | 40 pages in one PDF. | US Letter only |
| Monthly Savings | One worksheet in two sizes, plus a one-page guide. Three one-page PDFs. | Letter + A4 |
The 43-page binder is supplied in both Letter and A4; its Quick Start repeats three selected binder pages. The savings tracker is one worksheet design, supplied twice, with a separate guide. The budget and meal page totals include calendars and other page types, not that many distinct tools.
US Letter is 8.5 × 11 inches; A4 is 210 × 297 mm. Choose the supplied version that matches your paper. See the printing guide for scale and test-page settings.
For a home record you can build over time.
The Home Maintenance Command Log keeps equipment details, seasonal checks, service history and repair quotes together.
- Choose it when
- You own a home and want one place for system information, past work, contractor options and upcoming jobs.
- A useful first page
- Start with the home-system map. Add service contacts and existing records before planning the next maintenance job.
- Keep in mind
- This is an organization tool, not equipment-repair instructions. Follow manufacturer guidance and qualified professionals for the work itself.
For the moving parts of a month.
The Monthly Budget Planner brings bills, income, spending, savings and account records into a larger set of printable pages.
- Choose it when
- You want several kinds of money records together, including monthly calendars and bill dates, rather than a single savings sheet.
- A useful first page
- Begin with the Bill Tracker and Income Tracker. Add a calendar or other worksheets as you need them.
- Keep in mind
- The 72-page PDF is US Letter only and undated. You enter the dates and calculate totals yourself. It does not connect to bank accounts.
For deciding what to make and buy.
The Weekly Meal Planner Bundle gives your own menu, shopping list, pantry inventory and recipes a place on paper.
- Choose it when
- You want to plan around the week ahead and what is already in the kitchen. The 40-page file also includes undated monthly calendars.
- A useful first page
- Write meals on the weekly menu, then use its grocery area for ingredients you need. Add a pantry inventory when useful.
- Keep in mind
- It includes a recipe journal template for your own recipes. No prepared recipes, nutrition plan or meal program is supplied. The static PDF is US Letter only.
For one goal and a clear record of changes.
The Monthly Savings Tracker keeps your starting amount, money added, money withdrawn and running total on one worksheet.
- Choose it when
- You want a focused savings record without working through a larger set of budget pages.
- A useful first entry
- Name the goal and write what is already saved. Record each addition or withdrawal, then calculate the new total by hand.
- Keep in mind
- The sheet has twelve entry rows, not a box for every day. Continue on another copy when needed. The three PDFs contain the same sheet in Letter and A4 plus a one-page START-HERE guide.
